A2A Simulations have released an add-on to their revious add-on, B377 Stratocruiser,  Accu-Sim Captain of the Shop for the B377.
The add-on includes, among many other things, a new career system, talking passengers, captain speaking, a flight engineer to take care of your engines, nore audio, and even passengers boarding animations.

The add-on adds another $29,99 to your $36,99 for the B377 (which is a prerequisite) anfd can be found here.
